Hello to all. I`m a long time member in some of butchers&meat cutters forums. We discus what is the best way to show on a interview for a job butcher/meat cutter his highlights ( on a bench test). So, I mean in some `standard knowledge and knife skills`. I do understand that in different countries has different job tasks and requirements, different specification of meat, even, every company has own job rules. I want to say that an experienced butcher or meat cutter can do his job done in another work environment and requirements, that`s just matter of time. I`m interested what do you think? What is best way for highlights?
