We are now looking for an experienced meat technologist for the position of Head of R&D at one of the leading innovative Russian (Moscow) meatprocessing plants.
Head of Research and Development, Meatprocessing plant
Job Description:
Development and implementation of new products (delicatessen, wurstchen, salami, sausages, hams, etc.);
Creation of new- and improvement of current meat products recepies;
Creation of innovative delicatessen products, premium segment;
Production sites audit, improvement of technological processes;
Management and development of R&D department (3-4 subordinate technologists);
Initiation of new products development;
Conduction of experimental trials and new technological processes mastering;
Staff training and couching;
Improvement of cost effectiveness;
Interaction with the company™s department chiefs (production, marketing, sales);
Working with suppliers;
Global meat products trends monitoring.
Requirements:
Experience in R&D – 3 years min.
Good meatprocessing experience.
Working experience in multinational sphere.
Fluency in English.
Higher technological education.
Creativity.
Ability to relocate permanently to Moscow, Russia
Age – 35-60 y.o.
